Salary - £21,500 - 25,000 (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

  • As a Learning Coach, you will delivery and support of courses and programmes, and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Training centre.
  • You are primarily responsible for ensuring that all Pitman Training students are supported, motivated, and encouraged throughout their learning journey, and that exceptional customer service is always provided.
  • Providing a first point of contact to students throughout the student journey, for all queries in relation to their studies, ensuring resolution.
  • Motivating and encouraging students to help them reach their career and training goals.
  • Monitor student progression, and where students face learning barriers, conduct discussions to aid completion.
  • General Administration and record keeping, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
  • Co-ordinating, administrating and invigilating high stake examinations.
  • Opening the centre and welcoming students to our centre
  • Undertaking any other duties reasonably requested in the deliveryof the companies’ objectives.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite essential
  • Passionate about helping others
  • Experience in administration, customer-focused environment, or another related role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to use initiative
  • Self- motivated and willing to learn new skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload, and a proven ability to work with little supervision
  • Pitman Training Diploma or relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)

Whilst these skills are important, it is personality and attitude that is key for this role, and you will need to have a genuine interest in people and their professional development journey.

  • Monday - 9:30am - 5:30pm
  • Tuesday - 9:30am - 5:30pm
  • Wednesday - 9:30am - 5:30pm
  • Thursday - 9:30am - 1:00pm
  • Friday - 9:30am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday - 9:30am - 2:00pm
