Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday

Reporting: Founding Director

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum

Annual Leave: 20 Days + 2 Days for religious days.

Start Date: ASAP

Our client, based in Whetstone, is a well-established local accountancy firm which prides itself in having expertise in many areas of accounting whilst working with a variety of businesses from large to small and across many types of industries. They are seeking an Accounts / Office Administrator to undertake office and administrative duties.

Duties for the role.

  • Answer telephone calls, take and pass on messages.
  • Admin support to management
  • Scanning, photocopying, and filing
  • Collecting post
  • Diary management
  • Inbox management
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Meet & greet clients, providing refreshments on arrival
  • Client On-boarding
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties

Person Specification:

  • Experience in an administrative role is not essential but preferable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Good use of initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
